Product Description 

Ballast Block & Retainer is a neat solution to keeping creels securely positioned.

Ballast block size 20cm long x 10cm wide x 5cm high, 4Kg (Approx), with an Aquamesh retainer.

Quick and easy components to install, which can be clipped in by with marine-grade Aluminum WA 36 T Clips or tie wraps.

These products can also be purchased individually from Blue Lobster Fishing Ltd.

One to four ballast blocks and retainers can be fitted in each creel, depending on your requirements.

Blue Lobster Fishing Ltd offers a unique service in which we can fit our product to a new creel or frame for a small additional fee, saving you time, tooling, and hassle.

  • A very strong and durable product that has been tested in the harshest of environments.
  • Aquamesh creates less drag in tide than standard creels
  • There is very little buoyancy factor in Aquamesh
